Prof. Vasif Hasirci (METU), Prof. Nesrin Hasirci (METU), Ayse Selcen Alagoz, and grad. students Gokhan Bahcecioglu, Tugba Dursun and Cemile Bektas (METU), and alumni of BIOMAT Dr. Nihal Engin Vrana (Protip Fransa) attended the 28^th Annual Conference of the European Society for Biomaterials (ESB) held in Athens, Greece, during 4-8 September 2017.

A member of International Advisory Committee Prof. Vasıf Hasirci made his Keynote presentation titled "Square Prism Pillars Control Cell Behavior". 

Award: Tuğba Dursun was awarded Rudolf Cimdins Scholarship.
